Wendy Belan
Founder and CEO
Wendy brings over two decades of recruiting experience, with the past eight years deeply immersed in the world of ABA. She’s worked inside clinics, built internal teams, and dealt with the frustration of a constant and ever-increasing need for more hires. Along the way, she saw how reactive hiring was burning out leaders and costing clinics more than they realized. She launched PTS in 2021 to change that, to bring calm, clarity, and strategy to ABA hiring, and to give companies the tools they need to grow with intention.



Luciana Lilley, Ph.D.
Chief Strategy & Development Officer (CSDO)
Luciana brings a background in education, communications, and organizational strategy to help ABA companies move from reactive to intentional growth. With a Ph.D. in English and years of experience coaching professionals through complex transitions, she brings clarity to every stage of the hiring process. At PTS, she leads program development, internal initiatives, and strategic client support to strengthen systems and position teams for long-term success.
